The Tedorigawa Yoshida Sake Brewery was founded in 1870 in Ishikawa prefecture. The brewery owes its long history of quality sake manufacturing from the local rice and superior water from Mount Hakusan. For over 150 years, Yoshida sake has been a favorite of locals and people all over Japan. The brewery is the subject of the documentary “The Birth of Saké” from 2015 that won several awards and is a tribute to the 2000-year-old art of brewing sake. The brewery is now lead by sixth-generation heir, Yasuyuki Yoshida.
