This elegant Yamahai sake is like a good, old friend: it will accompany you through an entire dinner in a relaxed and enjoyable way. The aromas are light and fruity and reminiscent of white peach, lychee, and lime blossom, as well as soured butter and cocoa. On the palate, it has rich rice notes, elegant umami and consistent, round acidity. Meanwhile, the short, dry (“kire”) finish whets the appetite for the next sip. At a temperature of 45 °C, the sake unfolds its full spectrum: more rice aromas, more umami and a smoother mouthfeel.

Founded in 1902. Yuki no bosha means snow hut. The building was designated as a Tangible Cultural Property by the Agency for Cultural Affairs. As for the Sake which reminds of pure snow , it is brewed under the commands of the famous Toji master Takahashi with Water coming down from Mt. Shinzan.
