1. HATSUMAGO - Kimoto Tradition - Honjozo

A rustic, umami-rich sake brewed using the traditional Kimoto method and awarded as the best Honjozo at the 2018 International Wine Challenge. With its grainy, lactic notes and aromas of ripe apricots, this sake offers an impressive range of flavors. Its strong acidity and delicate sweetness create a deep, creamy body that pairs perfectly with Japanese cuisine and hearty meat dishes. Enjoy this sake chilled or warm—it’s sure to impress.

2. FUKUJU - Kobe Special - Tokubetsu Junmai

Crafted from the famous "Miyamizu" water and Hyogo's Yamada Nishiki rice, this sake from the sake village Nada is full-bodied, complex, and refreshing, thanks to its pronounced acidity. With yellow-fruit notes and a rich umami profile, it’s ideal for bold dishes like ramen, stews, or teriyaki. It’s also an unparalleled companion for Kobe Wagyu.

Chiba Shoyu - Shimousa Soy Sauce

This traditional, year-aged Koikuchi soy sauce is a versatile all-rounder. Made from pure Japanese ingredients and aged in 150-year-old cedar barrels, it offers aromas of delicate pine, orange peel, and roasted notes. Ideal for cooking, dipping, and marinating sashimi, sushi, vegetables, and noodle soups.

Sumiya Shouten - Mikawa Original Mirin

This mirin, made using traditional methods, delights with its intense sweetness and savory umami. Perfect for marinades and teriyaki, it’s also an excellent liqueur or ingredient for desserts.

Tip: Teriyaki Sauce Recipe (per person)

For a quick and delicious teriyaki sauce, mix 1 tbsp of Mikawa Original Mirin and 1 tbsp of Shimousa Soy Sauce. This sauce is perfect for marinating, as a salad dressing, or for deglazing stir-fries.
