Fresh and elegant Junmai Ginjo sake with a hint of muscat aroma. Brewed with the sake yeast "No.12", which was discovered in Urakasumi brewery's sake fermentation mash in 1960's. This smooth sake is an excellent pairing with light dishes.

Producer: 浦霞 urakasumi

Founded in Miyagi prefecture in 1724 as sake brewer for offerings to the Shiogama shrine. Since the 1930s the brewery was led by the famous brewing master Hirano and gained important prizes. They are famous for their aromatic Ginjo style with strong character. The brewery developed the sake yeast no.12.
