The All Koji from NANBU BIJIN, as the name suggests, is brewed 100% from koji rice. It stands out for its deep, umami-rich character, underscored by a delicate acidity. With a blend of flavors such as shiitake, soy, coffee, chocolate, and dried apricots, you'll discover a new aroma with every sip. Surprisingly, this is a sake that can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, with soda water, or even garnished with fruits. It pairs perfectly with cheese or dessert.
