池亀 Ikekame Rosé

IIKEKAME Rosé utilizes both the King of Rice, Yamada Nishiki, and Kodaimai, an ancient form of red rice, to achieve its pretty pink hue. Uninterested in being a simple summer-beverage, this Rosé shows great depth. With notes of lemon balm, raspberry syrup, hops, bitter almond and garden cress, this sake has the balance and structure of a classic sake, plus a fine acidity through the use of black koji, leading to a fresh, unforgettable drinking experience. We recommend this sake with chicken teriyaki, tuna-avocado tartare or pizza margherita.
