1711 gegründet. Die Brauerei spezialisiert sich auf „Shizenshu“ („Natur-Sake“), der mit Kimoto Methode und Spontangärung aus pestizidfreiem Reis gebraut wird. Die Brauerei verfolgt das Ziel der Selbstversorgung: Sake-Reis aus eigenem Anbau und Fermentation in selbst gebauten großen Holzfässer aus Sugi-Zedern aus eigenem Wald.
