Junmai with a smooth and silky taste. Light and cloudy, with a delicious rice flavour. Dedicated to the Emperor and the shrine on the occasion of the harvest ceremony on 23rd November, using rice from the same paddy where the Emperor Meiji held his ceremony.
Cloudy, lightly effervescent Junmai with agreeable fruity aromas. Dedicated to Emperor Meiji, who held a harvest ceremony at one of the rice fields of Shichiken Brewery - it is this very field where the rice for this sake is grown. On the palate, the sake is soft and has a delicate tartness which punctuates a full mouthfeel, showing notes of green apple, rice, jogurt, quince and rhubarb. Pairs well with fried and spicy dishes, from south east Asian curries to Korean fried chicken.
