A light sparkling with fine perlage from bottle fermentation. Aroma of dried fruit and nutmeg, with fresh acidity and a light sweetness and a clear finish. Ideal as an aperitif.

We recommend - Christmas Stollen

Nanbu Bijin Junmai Daiginjo - Miyama Nishiki

A Junmai Daiginjo with a good balance of sweetness and umami. Gentle and refreshing taste with fine acidity. Goes well with many different dishes.

We recommend - Coquilles St. Jacques on saffron leeks

Kememan Red Rice

Ruby red sake made from red rice. Pronounced fruitiness and delicate acidity are reminiscent of wine.

Gekkeikan Kyoto Ginjo

 

Sake for home travelers.

A sweet old-style ginjo in a retro bottle with a small mug as a cap. Gekkeikan became known as "the Sake at the Station" around 1910 and spread as the railway network expanded. Excellent aroma with a smooth taste; goes well with meat and cheese.
