A modern sake from the brewery with more than 290 years of tradition. Light and fresh with relatively low alcohol content. Mild acidity and sweetness adds to this unique sake. Excellent pairing with light dishes such as salads or Italian antipasti.

Producer: 浦霞 urakasumi

Founded in Miyagi prefecture in 1724 as sake brewer for offerings to the Shiogama shrine. Since the 1930s the brewery was led by the famous brewing master Hirano and gained important prizes. They are famous for their aromatic Ginjo style with strong character. The brewery developed the sake yeast no.12.
