This family-owned brewery produces exclusively Super Premium Sake of Junmai Daiginjo level. The sake of the brewery are regularly winning prices at international competitions. They use only the best Yamada-Nishiki rice and polish it up to 23% ratio. The sake are named after the polishing ratio number.
