Producer: 九重雑賀 saika

Saika is located in the prefecture of Wakayama and was founded in 1908. This brewery produces high quality sake and vinegar. They put particular importance in creating the best acid balance for all the products. To ensure the high standard of their products, each step is carefully controlled. They only use rice from local farmers with whom they have a special agreement. The ingredients are carefully selected and combined with traditional craftsmanship. As a result, they create high quality products with a special taste and a sensation of freshness.
