An elegant daiginjo sake with the deep and complex taste from a traditional Kimoto method. The trophy winner of IWC (International Wine Challenge) 2020 in Daiginjo category. Great harmony of fresh taste and elegant flavour.

Awarded as "The brewer of the year 2018" and as winner of gold medal in 7 categories by IWC - Hatsumago is very sucessfull using the tradional Kimoto method. This results in the good umami taste and creamy dry finish. It established in 1893 in Sakata by family Sato. Its Sake named "Hatsumago" that means the first grandchild.
