This premium Daiginjo is collected only the drops fallen from sake bag by gravity. The sake has an exceptional harmony of flavours and a silky smooth texture. Limited edition with a serial number. The jewel bottle, individually crafted by artisans, comes in a wooden box and makes an ideal gift.

Producer: 福寿 fukuju

Founded in 1751. Brewed with great care using the best sake rice and source water. The brewery is located in the famous Sake village of Nada, in Kobe. The high quality sake from Nada was already famous during the shogun  period (17th - 19th century). The water is rich in minerals and generates a clear and powerful sake profile, which is why the sake from Nada is called “Otoko-sake (men’s sake)”.
