SAWA NO HANA – Himari
An elegant Junmai Ginjo with fruity notes of melon and banana, delicate umami, and balanced acidity. The dry finish ensures a harmonious finale. Brewed with Hitogokochi rice from Nagano and pure spring water from the Yatsugatake Mountains, this sake offers an authentic taste experience. Perfect with tempura, steamed vegetables, or pot-au-feu.

AMABUKI - Strawberry Blossom
This unpasteurized Junmai Ginjo impresses with intense aromas of fresh red berries and floral notes. The unique strawberry blossom yeast gives it an exceptional fruitiness. Ideal with smoked duck breast, rib eye with onion kimchi, or venison loin with pumpkin purée.

IKEKAME – Rosé
