KATSUYAMA En (Miyagi) – 720 ml
A harmonious Junmai sake with a soft texture, gentle rice sweetness, refined umami and balanced acidity. Clean, smooth and exceptionally versatile with food.
Style: harmonious, smooth and umami-rich
Rice: Hitomebore, polished to 55%
Serving temperature: 10–15°C
Enjoy with: fatty tuna nigiri, beef tartare with sesame, yakitori with tare sauce or grilled salmon with teriyaki glaze.
DEWAZAKURA Yukimegami (Yamagata) – 720 ml
An elegant Junmai Daiginjo brewed with the regional Yukimegami rice variety. Delicate aromas of ripe pear and banana combine with gentle sweetness, refined rice umami and a clean, refreshing finish.
Style: elegant, fruity and mild
Rice: Yukimegami, polished to 48%
Serving temperature: 5–15°C
Enjoy with: mild Brie, smoked salmon on baguette, pan-fried cod with lemon or lightly seasoned roasted vegetables.
NINKI Gold (Fukushima) – 720 ml
An expressive Junmai Daiginjo with floral and fruity aromas, subtle spice and refined umami. Full-bodied yet clean, with a pleasantly lively finish.
Style: aromatic, full-bodied and balanced
Rice: Gohyakumangoku, polished to 50%
Serving temperature: 10–15°C or at room temperature
Enjoy with: gravlax with dill, mushroom risotto with Parmesan, pizza Margherita or roast chicken with herbs.

By purchasing this set, you secure your place at our guided Online Tasting on World Sake Day. Together, we will taste all three sakes and discuss their origins, aromas, serving temperatures and food pairings. We will also explore how sake is made and why koji plays such an essential role in the process.
The event focuses on the traditional knowledge and craftsmanship of sake-making with koji, recognised by UNESCO as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity in 2024. You can submit your questions anonymously in advance using our online form. Selected questions will be discussed during the live event.
