Payment / Shipping
The following terms and conditions apply:
Domestic delivery (Germany) and following countries: Österreich, Luxemburg, Belgien, Niederlande, Dänemark, Frankreich, Italien, Spanien, Portugal, Polen, Tschechien, Slowakei, Slowenien, Ungarn, Kroatien, Schweden, Finnland, Irland, Estland, Lettland, Litauen, Griechenland, Rumänien, Bulgarien.
Dispatch Costs
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
Shipping costs within Germany are charged at a flat rate of €7.50 per order (incl. VAT). Orders with a total value of €150.00 or more qualify for free shipping.
Deliveries to EU Member States:
Shipping costs for deliveries to EU Member States are charged at a flat rate of €11.76 net. The final shipping price depends on the applicable VAT rate of the destination country. The exact shipping costs will be calculated and will be clearly indicated during the checkout process before the order is placed. Orders with a total value of €250.00 (including VAT) or more qualify for free international shipping.
Special Conditions for Subscriptions (Sake Club)
By placing a subscription order, the customer agrees to recurring deliveries and corresponding recurring charges in accordance with the selected delivery interval. For each delivery, the applicable prices and statutory VAT rates in force at the time of dispatch shall apply. Due to changes in VAT rates within the European Union, minor variations in the total price between individual deliveries may occur. These differences result exclusively from the applicable statutory tax calculation. Shipping costs for Sake Club deliveries to EU Member States are calculated on the basis of a net shipping price of €8.40. The final shipping price therefore varies depending on the VAT rate of the destination country.
Provision of digital vouchers:
No shipping costs are incurred for the provision of digital vouchers.
Digital vouchers will be sent to you as a file via e-mail within 24 hours after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Digital vouchers will be made available to you in your customer account. The provision will take place within 24 hours after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction). You will also be informed about the provision by e-mail.
Delivery Periods
Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 3 – 5 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 – 14 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction). Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

Further Details on Payment
Payment by invoice is from the second order onwards.
The invoice amount is to be settled at the time of payment on invoice within 1 days.
If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the conclusion of the contract.
Taxes and Duties
Our products are shipped exclusively within the European Union.
All prices – unless otherwise stated – include the statutory VAT applicable in the respective country of delivery.
For deliveries within the European Union, the amount of VAT is determined by the selected country of delivery.
Discounts and vouchers apply exclusively to the net value of the goods. Taxes, duties and shipping costs are excluded from these.
