Sake Tasting at Wir Komplizen in Frankfurt Sake & Koji: a dialogue with Patrick and Isabel

On September 24, Patrick from Wir Komplizen and Isabel from UENO GOURMET invite you to taste sake and learn more about koji, the sake brewing process, and more.

We will taste five premium sakes in a small, cozy group and try snacks from the experimental Komplizen kitchen.

The tasting is aimed at sake novices and those interested in learning more, but is also suitable for sake lovers who want to deepen their knowledge of the subject.

Patrick from Komplizen will also accompany the tasting and provide fresh koji.
