The Japanese national drink sake has a history stretching back around 2,000 years and reflects the landscape, culture, and history of the region. However, this history is made up of individual personal stories of those involved in sake production, such as the owners of family businesses dating back several hundred years, master brewers, and anonymous brewery workers. The author of the award-winning book “SAKE – Mythos. Handwerk. Genuss.” (SAKE – Myth. Craft. Enjoyment.), Yoshiko Ueno-Müller, will present 5 selected sakes and their history for tasting.
The price includes 5 sake samples, a kikichoko cup, snacks, and water.
