How is UMAMI formed in sake?

A juicy introduction into the world of Sake. Here you can taste 4 bestselling premium sake and get information about the ingredients, production and food pairings. The tasting will be led by Yoshiko Ueno-Müller (Sake & Shochu Academy Europe).

Sparkling sake, yuzu sake for aperitifs, cocktails and after
