20 Years of UENO GOURMET x Dae Mon Diverse fusion cuisine meets Sake

Come celebrate 20 years of sake with us and our friends at the amazing Restaurant Dae Mon in Berlin! On Thursday, November 6^th 2025, we will share some of the greatest food and sake Berlin has to offer from one huge, communal table with an exciting view of the kitchen at one of Berlin’s hottest fusion restaurants. Chef Samuel Haas will prepare his trademark take on Asian-inspired, modern fusion cuisine, complimented by the classic warm service run by Bar Manager Joe Fill.
