The Master Sommelier is currently working as a chef sommelier at "Döllerers Genießerrestaurant". At our event the "7 Sake-Samurai" he proofed his excellent skills pairing Sake and food.
It because of his work and knowledge of Sake-Pairing at his restaurant, Sake has become more popular, especially in Austria.
