Ingredients:
4cl AMABUKI Marigold
2cl SHIN-ON Grace of the Forest Craft Gin
4cl AMAMI OSHIMA Umeshu
Lemon, sugar and ginger as needed.
Recipe:
Mix AMABUKI Marigold, SHIN-ON Grace of the Forest Craft Gin and AMAMI OSHIMA Umeshu and heat the liquid to 70°C. Season with lemon, sugar and ginger as desired.
