Urakasumi Junmai 720ml

The quintessential Junmai sake with a mild, harmonious flavor and aromas of green apple, ripe banana, white flowers, white peach, and steamed rice. This coloful aromatic profile is supported by a smooth texutre and subtle umami. Its timeless style makes it one of the most popular sake in Japan. It embodies the typical Junmai sake. Founded in Miyagi prefecture in 1724 as sake brewer for offerings to the Shiogama shrine. Since the 1930s the brewery was led by the famous brewing master Hirano and gained important prizes.
