First, a light and fresh sparkling sake is recommended. A good example of this is the NINKI Sparkling J-Ginjo 300ml (SN13-03).
A very classic sake which shows great typicity in its roundness and harmonious aroma is URAKASUMI "Misty Bay" Junmai 300ml (SU03-03).
A classic and aromatic Ginjo is Dewazakura "Cherry Blossom" 300ml (SD41-03).
A high quality Junmai Daiginjo is AMABUKI "Rhododendron" 180ml. Full bodied with fine umami and delicate aromas (SA16-01).
