Fukuju Miyamizu Drop
This Daiginjo is produced using the Shizuku method, in which the sake is collected drop by drop from suspended bags. It has aromas of yellow and tropical fruits, as well as slight hints of star anise, lilies, and acacia. The texture is particularly creamy. The taste has slightly nutty notes of macademia and is reminiscent of wild mushroom mousse. A very special treat for special moments.
