Aromas of yellow fruits, mango, melon and banana, as well as a lively interplay of sweetness and tingling acidity make the sake juicy and always encourage taking another sip. Dense umami and impressive acidity give the sake structure and complexity, which are achieved through the Yamahai brewing method. Brewed from sake rice developed in Ishikawa, Kanazawa yeast and the local Yamahai brewing method, this sake is a unique and original expression of the terroir of one of Japan's most creative breweries.
