Shotoku Glass USUHARI Daiginjo

The extremely thin mouth-blown USUHARI glasses are carefully crafted by master craftsmen. The glass series USUHARI is created with the same technique as mouth-blown light bulbs. There are only a few manufactories in Tokyo that continue this tradition. USUHARI glasses are used in the Japanese top gastronomy for beer, sake and cold green tea. Packed in a nice wooden box. Not dishwasher safe.

Classification of Premium Sake

For high quality sake, rice is polished prior to processing with the goal of eliminating the bran and protein which encase the starch held at the center of the rice grain.
