Ninki Sparkling J-Ginjo

Ninki Sparkling is one of our best-selling sparkling sakes and impresses with its fine perlage, which results from bottle fermentation. Brewed as a Junmai Ginjo, its first fermentation begins in traditional wooden barrels. It offers a fruity aroma and a charming sweet-sour flavor that is particularly enjoyable for beginners. With its low alcohol content, it is ideal as an aperitif or in combination with fruity desserts. Bottled unfiltered, it appears slightly cloudy in the glass.
