Ninki Mugi Shochu

Distillate of barley. Typical and well balanced Shochu. Mild character. Also good for mixing. Well appreciated even in northern Japan where sake is usually more popular. Clear and sophisticated barley shochu thanks to low temperature aging and the soft water of northern Japan. Tender barley note; soft and mild.
