Ninki Imo Shochu

Distillate of sweet potatoes. Mild and full of character. Well appreciated even in northern Japan where sake is usually more popular. Clear and sophisticated Imo Shochu, easy to drink, featuring the specific taste. Aroma of jasmine and exotic fruits like lychee, mango, orange peels and some spicy and sweet notes like honey, liquorice and dried plum. Enjoy chilled, on the rocks or at room temperature.
