Ninki Gold is an ideal Junmai Daiginjo sake offering excellent value for money. It is brewed in traditional cedar barrels and combines typical Ginjo aromas with notes of tropical fruits. On the palate, it displays a compelling interplay of rice-driven umami, delicate sweetness, and a soft, multi-layered structure. Its harmonious profile makes it the ideal accompaniment to light fish dishes and seafood dishes.
