Nanbu Bijin All Koji 2024

As the name suggests, NANBU BIJIN's All Koji is brewed from 100% koji rice. It is characterised by a deep, umami character that is underlined by a fine acidity. With a blend of shiitake, soya, coffee, chocolate and dried apricots, you will discover a new flavour with every sip. Surprisingly, this is a sake that can be enjoyed neat, on ice, with soda water or even garnished with fruit. Pairs perfectly with cheese or a dessert.

Classification of Premium Sake
