Masuizumi Kijoshu

Kijoshu is a type of sake in which during the brewing process some sake is added instead of water. This leaves more sugar than brewing with 100% water, resulting in a thicker, sweeter flavor. This Kijoshu from Masuizumi has a honey-like aroma and an elegant, sophisticated sweetness. The pretty Venetian bottle has a stylish wooden label. Also very suitable as a gift. We recommend chilling this kijoshu well and enjoying it as an aperitif or after-dinner drink, or on its own as a dessert with a small amount in a wine glass. In addition to drinking, you can enjoy this kijoshu with vanilla ice cream as a special dessert.
