Masuizumi Karakuchi 720ml

This sake is considered the brewmaster's favorite and is ideal for everyday enjoyment. The term “karakuchi” means dry, which is unmistakably reflected in the sake’s light character. Aromatically, it displays notes of hay, apple, and plenty of lactic acid, which encourages the next sip, all of which is complemented by subtle nuances of white nougat, cotton candy, and steamed rice. On the palate, it impresses with its freshness and liveliness. Ideal with sushi, sashimi, and traditional Japanese cuisine.
