Masuizumi Henri Giraud

This Junmai Daiginjo is an exclusive Koshu that was named the best Koshu at the 2020 International Wine Challenge. It was aged in oak barrels from the renowned Champagne house, Henri Giraud, giving it complex aromas of vanilla, honey, and dried fruit. This is complemented by umami, natural sweetness from the rice, and an elegant, complex acidity. The 2019 vintage is fresh and lively, ideal with foie gras and classic French cuisine. An exceptional sake for discerning connoisseurs.
