Heavensake JDG Label Orange
Smooth, pure and elegenat are the characteristics of this Junmai Daiginjo. It is the latest cooperation between Regis Camus and the Urakasumi brewery in Miyagi. For this sake 2 yeasts are used including Urakasumi's own #12 yeast. And also 2 rice varieties including Yamada Nishiki and a local rice from Miyagi are used.
Dominant are fruity aromas from pineapple, lachee and green apple and delicate floral notes. The texture is silky complex. Dry with clear umami.
