Hatsumago Daiginjo

An elegant daiginjo brewed using the traditional kimoto method, which produces lactic acid in the sake mash. This Daiginjo surprises with a great harmony of different flavors and elegant aromas and was the 2020 IWC (International Wine Challenge) trophy winner in the Daiginjo category. Typical Ginjo aromas of melon and pear and gentle lactic flavors of buttermilk and cream from the Kimoto method are sure to impress. The fine acidity and mellow sweetness give this sake a soft but full taste with very nice drinkability. Most definitely a sake for special occasions!
