Fukuju Yuzu Sake

Fukuju Yuzu Sake is made from premium sake and gets its distinctive character from the addition of Japanese yuzu. The combination of fresh acidity, delicate sweetness, and subtle bitterness makes it a particularly balanced and refreshing treat. It is just as suitable as an aperitif as it is as a base for cocktails or sorbets. It is particularly popular as a yuzu spritz in combination with dry sparkling wine or champagne.

Founded in 1751. Brewed with great care using the best sake rice and source water. The brewery is located in the famous Sake village of Nada, in Kobe. The high quality sake from Nada was already famous during the shogun period (17th - 19th century). The water is rich in minerals and generates a clear and powerful sake profile, which is why the sake from Nada is called “Otoko-sake (men’s sake)”.
