Experience rare, curated bottles, meet our experts, and explore sake in an interactive, relaxed atmosphere. The SAKE CLUB Online Tasting is the highlight of each quarter and the heart of our community.
Together, we taste the premium sake from the current Club Package, explore production techniques, and dive deeper into the world of Japanese craftsmanship.
The session is hosted by Yoshiko Ueno-Müller, award-winning author of SAKE – Mythos. Handwerk. Genuss, and Jörg Müller, founder of UENO GOURMET. With decades of experience, passion, and a personal touch, they guide you through the evening – approachable, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic.

Practical Preparation
Please prepare the following items:
Serve the sake chilled
Two tasting glasses per person (wine glass or nosing glass preferred)
One glass of water + fresh water for rinsing
Stable internet connection
