Aderia Craft Sake Glass Refresh

The ADERIA Craft Sake Glass Refresh is designed to highlight the light, clean and refreshing character of sake. Its slender, elongated shape and wider opening deliberately influence how the sake flows from the glass into the mouth.

The shape creates a smooth and gentle flow, placing the emphasis on freshness, lightness and an effortless mouthfeel rather than richness and concentration.

The Refresh Glass is particularly well suited to light, dry and refreshing sake styles. Its slender shape also makes it an attractive choice for sparkling sake, beautifully showcasing the rising bubbles.

The approximately 1.2 mm thin rim provides a particularly delicate drinking experience. ADERIA's special ion-toughening process combines the elegant design with increased durability, and the glass is dishwasher safe.

Classification of Premium Sake

For high quality sake, rice is polished prior to processing with the goal of eliminating the bran and protein which encase the starch held at the center of the rice grain.
